Bill Allan brings 35 years of experience in human services and community development as a community organizer, both in volunteer and paid positions.
Chuck Hurtwitz has been teaching Science for nearly 40 years and most recently served as the Science Department Chair at Newton South High School until his retirement in June 2012. Mr. Hurwitz is the founder of the FIRST Robotics Team in Newton Public Schools and has served as its Head Coach since its inception.
Dharma E. Cortés, Ph.D., a native from Puerto Rico and public health researcher, holds faculty appointments at Cambridge Health Alliance/Harvard Medical School, the Mauricio Gastón Institute for Latino Community Development and Public Policy, and Northeastern University’s Institute on Urban Health Research.
